What I like most about Loyola: As an international educator, what impresses me most about Loyola is our active commitment to diversity and increased global awareness. Loyola embraces students and staff from all walks of life, and that openness and inclusivity is inherent in our Jesuit mission. Our students come from all over the country and the world. We have a global presence with a worldwide alumni network and three of our own centers in Rome, Beijing, and Ho Chi Minh City. And here on campus students actively participate in a wide variety of cultural programming, community service, social justice activities, and open practice of various faith traditions. Loyola is a great place for those who want to expand their mind in order to be prepared to take on the world!

The first snowfall of my freshman year was incredible. Lake Michigan’s frozen waves created an endless, beautiful ice sculpture.
