LUC's Chicago STAR Scholarship
Extraordinary Scholarship Opportunity
Loyola University Chicago partners with the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) to offer an exceptional scholarship opportunity to gradautes of the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and the CCC Chicago STAR Scholarship Program. The Loyola University Chicago (LUC) STAR Scholarship Award is merit-based scholarship worth $5,000 per year for two years for qualifying transfer students from the City Colleges of Chicago. Eligible students who transfer directly from the City College of Chicago to Loyola Univeristy can recieve the LUC Star Scholarship Award when they enroll full-time in an approved undergraduate program and it is stacked on other merit-based scholarship aid.
Eligibility Requirements
Enrollment status at the City Colleges Chicago (CCC) in the Chicago STAR Scholarship Program.
Must earn an Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree from the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC).
Attainment of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) at the time application and/or upon graduation.
An official final college transcript with date of AA/AS degree conferral (completion) prior to transfer to LUC.
