Living Your Best Loyola Life Workshop Series

This Fall, the Wellness Center is launching a series of workshops for students called Living Your Best Loyola Life. The workshops are one hour each on select Tuesdays at 5 in the Wellness Center. They are open to all students, no registration needed! Living Your Best Loyola Life will address themes related to procrastination and time management, managing anxiety, creating community, building resiliency, and seeking support to manage stressors. We know the fall can be a time of navigating transitions and new challenges, and we are here to help! Please see the schedule below:
