Dianna Stencel, a licensed clinical social worker, joined the team at the Wellness Center in the summer of 2002. An alumni if Loyola University Chicago, she received her undergraduate degree in psychology and a minor in philosophy. Dianna obtained her Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago's Jane Addams College of Social Work. Dianna's responsibilities as a social worker at the Wellness Center include individual therapy, leading mindfulness based groups on campus and out-reach to Loyola students. Dianna's clinical interests include life transitions, relationship and family issues, mind/body/spirit connection, identity and culture and mindfulness and acceptance therapy. Dianna has completed Practicum in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the Center for Mindfulness.
