About
Janet, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of experience in college health at Drake University and The University of Chicago, joined the Wellness Center in March 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science in Public Health Nursing from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Janet enjoys working with the undergraduate and graduate student populations providing comprehensive health care that meets their individual health needs and goals. Janet is a proud member of a military family and has enjoyed serving other military families for the past 30 years. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, biking, and spending time with family.
