Nicole Salama is a first-year English Ph.D. student studying modernist literature. In addition to modernism, Nicole’s research interests include poetry and poetics, trauma theory, and childhood studies. Before moving to Chicago to attend Loyola, she earned her bachelor’s degree in English and accounting from Baylor University.
When she’s not focused on words or numbers, Nicole enjoys discovering new music, spending time around large bodies of water, and watching anything with a plot line.
