  • Fun Fact: Having recently graduated with a BA in philosophy and a BA in multimedia journalism, Amanda is working towards a master's degree in philosophy at Loyola. She hopes to attend law school soon after. Amanda finds interest in social philosophy, philosophy of law, ethics, and the Age of Enlightenment. Particularly, they seek out the intersection between women and philosophy of law. 
     
    In her free time, Amanda loves doing creative activities (drawing, painting, coloring, etc.), reading, cooking, being outside, and thrifting.

    • Creative writing (poetry), academic writing, professional writing, textual analysis, case studies, social media writing, application materials, statements of purpose, and resumes.
    • Early-stage writing: brainstorming, idea generation
    • Mid-stage writing: paragraph development, organization, evidence and analysis
    • Late-stage writing: wording and phrasing, sentence flow, citation and source documentation
