Kathryn S. Nesburg (JD ’73)
was unanimously elected chair
of the board of directors of the
Center for Tax and Budget
Accountability (CTBA), a
nonprofit think tank. Prior to
her election as chair, she served

Policy Committees.
Robert J. Anderson (BA ’71,
JD ’74)
was sworn in as the second
vice president of the Illinois Judges
Association in June.
C. Kevin McCrindle (JD ’75)
was elected to the board of
directors of the American College
of Trust and Estate Counsel
Foundation, a national organization
of lawyers elected to membership
by demonstrating the highest
level of integrity and competence
in trust, estate, and tax-related
areas of the law. The foundation
promotes these areas by supporting
scholarship to improve the law and
by encouraging teaching careers and
lifelong learning.
Dan L. Boho (BA ’74, JD ’77)
is the
Chicago-based leader of the defense
litigation department of Hinshaw
& Culbertson LLP. He has been
appointed secretary of the Chicago
Bar Association. He also serves as
a fellow and state vice chair of the
American College of Trial Lawyers,
and on a pro bono basis as the
general counsel for the Chicagoland
Chamber of Commerce.

was honored at
the United Center in Chicago during
the singing of the national anthem at
the opening game of the Blackhawks
Stanley Cup series in April.
Jeanette M. Flores (JD ’85)
