Beth Spurgeon

Head of ESG Integration, Wells Fargo

Beth Spurgeon is the Head of ESG Integration at Wells Fargo, a leading financial services company. In this role, she oversees the bank’s enterprise ESG Integration team, which includes reporting and disclosure, the environmental and social risk management and human rights functions, and enterprise sustainability initiatives. Prior to her work at Wells Fargo, she spearheaded the sustainability and corporate responsibility functions in North America for ArcelorMittal, the world’s leading steel and mining company. Her experience also includes almost a decade in the social impact sector, working at nonprofits ranging from grassroots to national organizations. Beth earned her M.A. in Social Science from The University of Chicago.
