Supreme Court Group Admission Swearing-In Ceremony

Loyola University Chicago School of Law is pleased to provide an opportunity for alumni to apply for admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. Alumni who have been practicing member of the highest court of a U.S. state for a minimum prior of three years (immediately before the date of application) and have not been subject to any adverse disciplinary action pronounced or in effect during that 3-year period, and appear to the Court to be of good moral and professional character, are eligible to apply.

  • When the admissions date becomes available to the Alumni Relations team, it will be emailed to those who filled out the interest form, published on this webpage, and shared in the Alumni e-newsletter.
  • Completed applications are taken on a first come, first service basis.
  • We expect to have 12 spots open for the next admissions date.
  • Your space is not reserved until have receive a confirmation email from the Office of Alumni Relations upon receipt of all materials once the admissions date is shared.
