Loyola Alumnus and Wilson Sporting Goods People & Culture Director Alex Ralston joined us to discuss the sourcing and supply function within a global sporting goods company. The talk centered on how the organization identifies incoming talent and what those entering the workforce can expect from their first roles as well as how to prepare to make the most of them.

Attendees received sample industry job descriptions, interview prep questions, and participated in a general discussion intended to help upcoming graduates or internship seekers navigate those arenas with efficiency and efficacy.
