The Leadership Summit is a one-day leadership retreat for all newly elected officers of underrepresented student groups and social justice organizations that are committed to diversity. Through interactive workshops and exercises, this retreat provides organization leaders with skills and tools that will allow them to be successful leaders of their organizations.  Topics that are covered include information on funding, tips on how to coordinate successful programs, and diversity training.  

The Leadership Summit was initiated in the spring of 2005 as a way to help student leaders to develop successful programs and events.
