Online IRB Project Management Program
On August 25, 2010, the Loyola University IRB launched a new online proposal submission and tracking system called "CAP" (short for Compliance Approval Package). This new program is the portal for managing all your projects that require submission to the IRB.
If you are new to the IRB process, then you will need to create an account by selecting the "Request ID" link. If you already have a project approved by the IRB or have completed the online CITI program, then you already have an account. To access your account, use the log-in information you received by email from the ORS. If you did not receive an email or do not remember your password, please use the "Forgot your password? Click here" link to have a new password sent to your Loyola University email account.
