Student leaders show their colors

Loyola students and staff recently attended the annual Great Lakes Affiliates of College and University Residence Halls conference hosted by
"Tour de Leadership" was the theme of the conference and the students proudly wore their maroon campaign "Loyola Partner" wristbands. Lead student coordinators Christine Murphy and Warren Grove, sophomores, thought the wristbands were reminiscent of Lance Armstrong's Live Strong bands and were in keeping with the theme of the conference. Residence Hall Association advisors Rabia Khan, MEd '01, and Valronica Scales accompanied Loyola's 10 students to the conference.
Partner wristbands were given to all conference participants from other institutions in recognition of Loyola's newly launched campaign.
