GRADUATION APPLICATION DEADLINES
The table below lists the MSW and BSW graduation deadline for each semester's degree conferral.

MSW APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Students will need to complete all of the steps to be considered for matriculation at the end of the Fall, Spring and Summer terms.
Students need to formally apply for graduation through Locus. Click here for instructions from Records and Registration that will outline the instructions for graduation, the policy for graduation fees and will provide reminders for graduation.
While in Locus, confirm that your permananet mailing address and phone number are correct to ensure your diploma and other information will be sent to you. If you would like the name on your diploma to appear differently than your current name in Locus, please make sure that you add/edit your "Diploma Name" and save it.
Review a copy of your Unofficial Transcript (in Locus) and ensure that your grades have been entered for all of your courses and field work experiences. If you are missing grades or have Incomplete grades posted, please contact the professor/instructor of the course immediately to develop a plan to get this grade corrected. Then contact the Academic Advisor Coordinator (Yolanda Golden, ygolden@luc.edu) with the plan of action to correct/amend your grade and include your full name as it appears in Locus and your Student ID #. Please copy your instructor into this e-mail to Yolanda Golden.
If you intend to participate in the May Commencement Ceremony, please check the box in Locus while applying for graduation. You will receive an e-mail from the university asking you to confirm your participation in the ceremony. You must confirm your attendance by following the directions in the e-mail. At this time Commencement 2012 is scheduled for May 10-12, 2012. The School of Social Work ceremony date and time has not been confirmed yet. The School of Social Work also holds an event for December graduates and will notify elgible students by e-mail regarding this event.
