Research Assistant Professor
Megan Deiger is a member of CSME’s research and evaluation team. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago in 2005. She has worked as an educational researcher, evaluator, and policy analyst since 2001, with organizations including Chicago Public Schools Office of Mathematics and Science and the PRAIRIE Group at the University of Illinois Chicago. She has also taught numerous courses within the Loyola University Chicago psychology department. She has published in the fields of psychology and education and has presented at various national and local education and evaluation conferences. Much of Dr. Deiger’s current work emphasizes principles of design-based implementation and improvement science, with a focus on helping educational partnerships to thrive.
