Celebrating 60 years of Visual Arts at McAuley

Currently on view in the Jean Morman Unsworth Art Expressways Gallery is student art from both regular and Advanced Placement studio at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School. A variety of 2D media and techniques all illuminate a common theme: "Celebrating 60 years of Visual Arts at McAuley," a reflection on the founder of the school's art program, Jean Morman Unsworth. The Visual Arts & Technology Department of Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School works to challenge young women to engage their imagination, foster flexible ways of thinking, develop disciplined effort, build self-confidence, and teach technical skills for personal expression.
