Registration for the Institute of Pastoral Studies Commencement Ceremony is now closed

Eligibility
There is only one commencement ceremony per year. Students are eligible to participate in the May 2012 commencement ceremony if ANY ONE of the following applies:
- Received an M.A. or M.Div. degree in August 2011 and DID NOT participate in the May 2011 ceremony
- Received an M.A. or M.Div. in December 2011
- Completed all Master's degree requirements by May 11, 2012 at 5 p.m.
- Have one remaining requirement for a master's degree (e.g., one course and/or a project) and plan to complete this requirement during Summer 2012 (students in this category must have their Graduate Program Director confirm to the IPS Registrar by April 30 that the student will complete the requirement during Summer 2012.
Students finishing their studies in the summer may participate in the May 2012 ceremony, but their degrees will be formally conferred as of August 2012 (after they have completed all degree requirements.)
The Institute of Pastoral Studies welcomes students who graduate during the 2011-2012 academic year (December 11, May 12, and August 12,) to attend the following events:
IPS Commissioning and Party
Wednesday, May 9, 2012 - 6:30pm - Kasbeer Hall
(Commissioning includes students, friends and family of academic year graduates, faculty, staff, alum and friends of IPS; preregistration through the IPS Office is required.)
Baccalaureate Mass
Friday, May 11, 2012 – 12:30pm – Gentile Arena
