Student Scholarship Biography

Loyola University Chicago's named scholarships are given by alumni and friends of the University who are pleased to invest in talented individuals like you. These donors are committed to helping Loyola attract and retain the best and brightest students.

As a recipient, we ask that you do the following:

  • Please complete the form below, which will allow us to share information about you with the donors of your scholarship. There is also a space for you to write a short thank you letter to those who gave the scholarship that you will receive. Before submitting the form, please copy and paste your answers into a separate document and save in case of complications with submission. If the form is not submitted properly, you will have to redo the full form and thank you letter.

  • If you were notified that you're receiving more than one scholarship, please list all the named scholarships in the "Name of Scholarship Received" field below and only complete the form once. You do not need to submit a separate form for each scholarship received.

  • If you are receiving a scholarship for the 2015-2016 school year, you MAY be asked to attend Loyola's Scholarship Mass and Brunch on Sunday, April 17, 2016. If your donor can attend the event, you will also be expected to attend. You'll receive an invitation to the Scholarship Mass and Brunch in the Spring of 2016 if you're required to attend.
