Women's Studies and Gender Studies classes seek to integrate knowledge about women, gender, and sexuality into the theories and professions. Full-time, research-active faculty teach the majority of courses in the program. The Women's Studies and Gender Studies Program at Loyola began as an undergraduate minor, and our program has since grown to include a second major and graduate certificate and master's degree components.
