Academics
Women's Studies and Gender Studies classes seek to integrate knowledge about women, gender, and sexuality into traditional disciplines, theories, and professions. Full-time, research-
active faculty teach the majority of courses in the program.
The Women's Studies and Gender Studies Program at Loyola began as an undergraduate minor, and our program has since grown to include a stand-alone undergraduate major and minor, Master of Arts degree, Dual-Master's Degree with Social Work, and a graduate concentration.
