Loyola Alumni Weekend
We look forward to welcoming you to our Alumni Weekend. Out of an abundance of caution, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel in-person Alumni Weekend events and move to a virtual format. We hope you'll tune in for our Loyola Leadership Welcome, individual Reunion Class Year Social Hours, a Showcase of "The Loyola Project" and more!
We have plenty of programs throughout the weekend where Ramblers can catch up, share old memories, and, of course, make new ones. We’ve outlined a few highlights for this upcoming Alumni Weekend below. Make sure you don’t miss out—especially if it is your reunion year!
Classes celebration reunions:
- Reunion Zero–2021
- 1 year–2020
- 5 year–2016
- 10 year–2011
- 25 year–1996
- 50 year–1971
Loyola Leadership Welcome and Reunion Class Year Social Hour on Friday night are great opportunities for reconnecting and reminiscing, regardless of your location.
On Saturday morning, our Showcase of "The Loyola Project" will give you a sneak peek at the upcoming film, "The Loyola Project" with an exciting panel including the film's director Patrick Creadon, and narrator, co-writer, and co-captain of the Ramblers men's basketball team, Lucas Williamson (BA '21 Multimedia Journalism).
In the evening, the Black Light Speaker Series presents A Fireside Chat and Book Signing with alumnus Jarrett Adams. The Black Alumni Board and Loyola Law School welcome Jarrett Adams (JD '15) to discuss his book Redeeming Justice: From Defendant to Defender, My Fight for Equity on Both Sides of a Broken System.
Finally, we will cap the weekend with an All Alumni Mass presided over by Father Jerry Overbeck, S.J., followed by a special 50th Class Year Celebration and Closing Ceremony. We welcome all alumni to join in and enjoy one last moment to reminisce, reconnect, and recollect their time at Loyola.
When signing up, you have the option to include your name on our registrant list that appears on our website. This will allow your friends to know you will be in attendance virtually and lets you see who else is coming!
