Rachel Gregoire

While I have served as a leader in professional development and career management for the past decade, I’ve spent the past four transformational years as the career management expert at the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). For three consecutive years, I contributed to the highest level of member engagement and revenue accrual in the history of the Career Resource Center. In addition to managing the Leadership Mentor Program, I served as a key player in the launch and retention of their strategic career planning distance-learning platform.

I attribute my career success to the Winning Career Strategies™ I’ve had the honor of presenting to thousands of professionals across the nation as a coach, professor and thought-leader. When you learn how to play by your own rules, you can actually enjoy your career journey, elevate your profession and earn what you deserve. I’ve had the opportunity to support professionals at varying levels (from the undergrad student to the senior executive) in areas including career management, career change/transition and executive presence.

As the co-founder of Fam Foolery, Inc., I fuse games with education to promote inclusion, mental health and relationship building through our ground-breaking model for learning through gamification. I work with leading educational institutions and associations to set the standard for annual conferences and meetings. I design curriculum for in-person and distance learning educational programs that maximize value for current staff and members while attracting emerging leaders.

In recognition of my accomplishments, I was invited as a guest on WVON Radio and presented with the American Society of Association Executives and Association Forum’s 40 Under 40 award.
