Leadership Essentials

Valuable and convenient skill-building sessions

Join us the first Tuesday of each month for “Leadership Essentials,” a workshop series designed to help you evaluate, improve, and strengthen your leadership acumen. Each master class covers a single leadership topic, such as Change Management or Hiring and Retaining Staff. During each two-hour session, Loyola faculty share expert leadership insights and practical management approaches stemming from their own industry experiences.

Sessions are held live, online from 9:00-11:00 a.m. CST.

Upcoming Classes

Preparing for change in this rapidly transforming and dynamic world has enormous benefits. Change normally fails because of human factors, not technical factors, as fluid strategies reflecting today’s dynamic business conditions can make communicating business objectives difficult. Change starts with a good reason, and it succeeds by taking on urgency. Without a customer, we have no business. If the customer changes, then we have to change or go out of business. This microlearning will help you learn the critical connection between Lean leadership and change for successful Lean implementations.
