Vision Statement
AEP equips students with best practices and critical skills on how to succeed and connect them to academic and co-curricular resources, programs, and opportunities, on and off campus. AEP empowers students to establish an effective and intentional plan which maximizes both academic success and overall well-being.
AEP Scholar Expectations
As an AEP Scholar, you are expected to:
Attend at least two AEP events per semester (We have four scheduled for the Fall)
Attend Study Hall, Monday through Thursday from 3-5pm (requirements vary by GPA)
Use at least one support service (tutoring, success coaching, etc)
Meet with a career community and career advisor at the minimum one time of year
Each academic year has different requirements with the intention of building on foundational knowledge from year to year
Attend class! Cannot miss more than 3 times per class (pay attention to your class attendance policy from the professor on your syllabus)
These expectations are designed to support your growth, strengthen your habits, and help you make the most of your time as an AEP Scholar. We want you to excel and thrive here at Loyola.
