Keith M. Champagne, PhD, brings over 25 years of experience in student affairs, student success, enrollment management, diversity, public relations, and intercollegiate athletics to his role. Since joining Loyola in 2021, Dr. Champagne has led the charge to revitalize the campus ecology and transform the Division of Student Development through innovative programming, purposeful partnerships, and operational excellence. His background and approach to fostering students’ sense of belonging, development, and community-engaged learning through dynamic and inclusive programs is rooted in Loyola’s core mission, Ignatian values, and Jesuit ideals. He has been instrumental in the reboot of the “Engage Loyola” initiative, creating the Student Response Team, bringing the Rambler Brotherhood Project initiative to the university, launching the university-wide Leadership Institute, and the reorganization and repositioning of the Center for Student Engagement and the Center for Student Inclusion and Belonging.
