THIS FORM FOR USE BY MEMBERS OF THE FACULTY OF THE ENGLISH DEPARTMENT AT LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO ONLY.

Faculty members who wish to request English department funds to attend a scholarly conference, either as a panel member (presenter, respondent, chair) or as a national officer of the sponsoring body, should please fill out the form below.

While funds may be requested at any time, primary allocations will be made by the department chairperson in the second weeks of September and January. For consideration in these funding cycles, therefore, forms should be submitted by September 6 and January 1 respectively.
