THIS FORM FOR USE BY MEMBERS OF THE FACULTY OF THE ENGLISH DEPARTMENT AT LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO ONLY.

Faculty members who wish to request English department funds to attend a scholarly conference, either as a panel member (presenter, respondent, chair) or as a national officer of the sponsoring body, should please fill out the form below.

Funds for all conferences you expect to attend during the fiscal year should be requested the first week in September. You will be notified of your departmental allocation in time to apply for Supplemental Travel funds if necessary.
