Business Law Society

As a member of Loyola’s Business Law Society, you will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in areas of business law, meet other students with similar interests and gain insight from practicing lawyers in all areas of business law. Past events include a mentorship program, Chicago Board of Trade visit, panel discussions with new associates, symposium on working in-house, curriculum planning sessions and social gatherings.

Degree Programs

We are pleased to offer a variety of programs, tailored to your specific business related interesting, including a Certificate in Tax Law for JD students, a Certificate in Transactional Law for JD students, a Certificate in Compliance Studies for JD students, an MJ in Business Law and Compliance, an LLM in Business Law and Compliance, an LLM in Business Law, and an LLM in Tax Law. These programs are designed to prepare law students, practicing attorneys, and other business professionals to excel in various corporate settings.
