The Telling HERstory lunch program seeks to
provide a platform for women in leadership
positions at Loyola to share their story of
vocational discernment.  Come and listen to
Dr. Kathy Getz, Dean of the School of Business
Administration as she describes the journey
that led her to Loyola.

Come for information about how to help a
friend, being an active bystander, reporting
options and services on/off campus. Students
can write a note to survivors or the community,

In solidarity with the National End Racial Profiling Advocacy Week from April 16-20, the Division of Student Development Cultural
Competence Groupis hosting a
dialogue about racial profiling for
students, staff, and faculty.  There
will be two separate spaces, one
for students and one for staff and
faculty to talk about the climate of racial profiling in the U.S.,
particularly reflecting on the recent killings of Trayvon Martin and Shaima Alwadi.

Students attempt to form relationships with
the homeless of downtown Chicago, providing
both food and friendship.  Labre's main focus is
solidarity, rather than charity, focusing more on
the relationships created than on the act of
providing food itself.
