File a Report
The OSCCR welcomes all members of the Loyola community as well as off-campus individuals to report alleged student misconduct to the university. All reports will be reviewed by OSCCR staff, and where potential violations of the Community Standards (Loyola's "Code of Conduct") are found, the OSCCR will follow up on the report. Incident reports must contain the name, phone number, and email address of the party making the complaint in order for the university to best respond to the incident. Anonymous submissions are not accepted; however, the confidentiality of the person making a report will be maintained to the extent that the university conduct process allows.
Please note: Submission of an incident report does not automatically initiate conduct proceedings. A staff member will review the incident report in order to determine the appropriate action, which may include referral to other relevant and available campus resources.
