Catherine Archer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience in the social work field.  She holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and has worked with her clinical license since 2015.  Prior to her work as a career advisor, Catherine held clinical and leadership positions in the social service sector, serving both Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.  Catherine has a robust history as a clinical field supervisor for both students and staff working toward their clinical licensure, including Loyola graduate students. She is passionate about supporting students in their professional development journey and specializes in motivational interviewing and client-centered techniques. Originally from the South, Catherine came to Chicago for graduate school in 2009 and now considers herself a Chicagoan.
