Erin Grafton has a BA in Women’s Studies from Bowling Green State University and an MA in Health Communication from DePaul University. She loves working with students and helping them find their passions. Before coming to Loyola University Chicago, she worked in higher education as a retention specialist, supporting online students in their accelerated degree programs. She also has extensive experience in recruiting and managing diverse teams.

Originally from Ohio, Erin has been in Chicago for over 15 years and currently lives in Rogers Park. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to records, and spending as much time near Lake Michigan as possible.
