Antonello Corrado graduated from the “La Sapienza” Rome University and is a member of the Italian Bar Association since 1983. Mr. Corrado is a founding member and Senior Partner of CFMP – Studio Legale Associato, with offices in Rome and Milan. His areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and assistance to International Organizations. Antonello Corrado is also member of the Board of Directors and member of the Board of Statutory auditors of several commercial national and multinational companies, ONG and not for profit entities.
Mr. Corrado has also been involved in teaching activities as visiting instructor or lecturer in programs for lawyers and judges of developing countries sponsored by international organizations or in Master’s programs specializing in corporate and commercial matters.
