Featuring Keynote Speaker Jonathan Kanter

Jonathan Kanter, former assistant attorney general for the Antitrust Division, Department of Justice. Kanter served as the Biden Administration’s most senior antitrust enforcement official. In that role, he brought landmark enforcement actions across major sectors of the U.S. economy including technology, health care, housing, media, and defense. Kanter is a distinguished professor of law at Carnegie Mellon University and a CNBC contributor. Prior to his government service, Kanter was a partner and co-chair of the antitrust practice at a leading international law firm and then founder of a successful boutique firm.
