Wiet Life Science Law Scholars Workshop

The Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy hosted the seventh annual Wiet Life Science Law Scholars Workshop on Friday, September 8, 2023. This year’s selected authors were Leah R. Fowler (University of Houston Law Center) and Max Helveston (DePaul University College of Law), “Influencer Speech-Torts”; Anjali D. Deshmukh (Georgia State University College of Law), “Her Majesty, the FDA? Judicial Approval of FDA Drug Approval Decisions”; Olugbenga Olatunji (University of Sydney Law School), “Pharmaceutical Manufacturing within a Regional Framework: A Critique of the East African Community Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plan of Action”; and Ryan Knox (Harvard-MIT Center for Regulatory Science), “Promoting Access to Biosimilars.”
