Lauren Sanchez, MEd

Director of Student Retention Initiatives

Lauren serves as Director of Student Retention Initiatives in Student Success. In her role, she provides leadership for retention-related projects and student success efforts. Her role includes leading efforts that support students' connection to and utilization of academic success resources.   

Lauren joined Loyola in 2009 and has served as an Academic Advisor and Senior Academic Advisor in the College of Arts & Sciences, and most recently as Assistant Dean in the School of Communication. She is a certified Appreciative Advisor and previously co-chaired the Commission for Academic Support in Higher Education through the American College Personnel Association.
