*Campus Reservations cannot confirm requests for academic spaces until the third week of the semester. If you would like to request one of these spaces before that time, you will be placed on our Academic Waiting List to be processed during or slightly after the third week of the semester. If you are interested in reserving an academic space during Finals Week, you must contact Records and Registration directly (classscheduling@luc.edu).
**This room designation gives the listed department priority to use the room even if it has been reserved by another requestor. Though this is a rare occurance, Campus Reservation will need to relocate your event if you are assigned to a priority room that the priority department wishes to use. For this reason, we favor non-priority rooms when assigning spaces and will reserve priority rooms only if no other space is available.
