Business Career Services (BCS) offers comprehensive career development services and resources to currently enrolled, degree-seeking students from the Quinlan School of Business. Our staff assists students and alumni in making satisfying and informed career decisions, setting appropriate goals, and creating opportunities to help meet those goals. BCS offers the following services:
Business Career Services advisors are available to meet with currently enrolled, degree-seeking students and alumni on an individual basis to assist with all aspects of their career development and job/internship search process. To meet with a Career Advisor, please visit the office during walk-in hours for quick questions or schedule an appointment through RamblerLink (see the shortcuts section on the right side of your RamblerLink home page).

Registering with RamblerLink, BCS’s recruiting technology, allows students access to on-campus recruiting, workshops, networking events, corporate presentations, and online job/internship postings. Events & Workshops
Business Career Services sponsors a variety of networking events and career fairs, as well as workshops, on-campus interviews, corporate presentations, industry forums, and career panels. BCS also provides information on upcoming job fairs and career days, both on-campus and in the local community. Please visit the BCS Events Calendar in RamblerLink for more information
On Campus Recruiting
Students of the Quinlan School of Business are eligible to participate in the BCS On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) program. This enables students and employers to conduct on-campus interviews located in Maguire Hall. To apply for interviews, students must submit their resume/cover letters and sign-up through their RamblerLink account. Employers will invite selected students to interview and interview times will be posted. OCR occurs in the Fall and Spring.
