The Montgomery GI Bill for Selected Reserve is available to reserve members of all branches of the US Armed Forces and members of the US Army National Guard.  To be eligible to participate in this program, servicemembers must complete initial active duty for training (IADT), have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate before completing IADT, remain in good standing while serving in an active Selective Reserve or National Guard unit.
