Hattie is a first-year graduate student in the English MA program, currently with an undecided focus, with interest in all areas from creative writing to rhetorical analysis. Hattie graduated from Southern Illinois University last May and is aspiring to get their PhD and become a professor. Outside of the writing center, Hattie enjoys representing Loyola’s boxing club, writing novels, lifting weights, and being bad at Valorant.
