The Mission of Enrollment Systems, Research & Reporting (ESRR) is to provide the university with strategic insights to shape its enrollment policies and goals. To this end, the department produces monitoring reports to track Loyola's progress toward admissions goals, conducts original research to identify and capitalize on new enrollment trends, and collaborates with various departments to assess and enhance current, as well as to support newly proposed academic and student services programming. 

Given ESRR's broad purview, the department's Vision is to assist the university's leadership to maintain and build upon Loyola's standing in the academic landscape throughout the city of Chicago, regionally, and nationally. As researchers at a Jesuit institution, we share the university's commitment to social justice and truth and constantly strive to enrich and tailor the Loyola experience to remain responsive to the needs of an ever-changing prospective student population.
