Erik Heuser

EVP, Corporate Chief Operations Officer, Taylor Morrison, Inc.

 

Mr. Heuser has been with Taylor Morrison since 2004. His responsibilities include leading strategic direction and various business development and strategic initiatives; as well as portfolio management and evaluation of all contemplated investments and divestitures via chairing Taylor Morrison’s (NYSE: TMHC) Investment Committee. He also oversees the Build-to-Rent platform, as well as Strategic Marketing, Marketing, and Sales functions for the Company. Prior to joining Taylor Morrison, he held senior roles including: Regional Director for Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, Vice President of Acquisitions for PNC Financial Services Group, and other senior acquisition and portfolio management positions with Metropolitan Life Institution Finance, and A.G. Edwards & Sons. Mr. Heuser has long held a passion for real estate development; having owned a homebuilding company in Chicagoland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University, as well as an M.B.A. He’s had the opportunity to participate in varied executive programs at Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, University of Chicago, M.I.T., Pepperdine University, and The Kellogg School; and is an alumni of the Stanford University GSB. Mr. Heuser serves on the Emeritus Council Board for the Foundation for Senior Living, serves on a Loyola University Quinlan School of Business Leadership Hub Advisory Board, is an active member at the National Council level of ULI, and is member to ASU’s Real Estate Council.
