Erin Coupe

As a genuine speaker, author and facilitator Erin Coupe enriches the human experience. Having been in the corporate world for many years as well as a mother of two, Erin's personal journey to being a self-aware leader stemmed from the impact that work and life demands placed on her time and energy. She now teaches people to be self-aware so they too can experience optimal work / life integration and lead their lives authentically.

From delivering inspirational talks and storytelling to facilitating a workshop or hosting a seminar, Erin guides professionals through experiential techniques and practices that can be applied to their existence for life. This knowledge is a motivator for people to take action, lead themselves, and ultimately enhance their emotional intelligence. Her authentic voice and vibrant energy are a welcomed, positive influence on today’s professionals, company cultures and their workplaces.

Having put herself through college, Erin landed on Wall Street in her early twenties where she navigated her way through the ranks of Goldman Sachs. Eventually, she consciously walked away from finance to pursue a passion for architecture and urban environments. As a Vice President at CBRE, Erin's corporate role involves building, creating and executing commercial real estate transactions in partnership with executives at startups to the Fortune 500.
