Jane Scudder

Jane Scudder is a certified coach, keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and leadership consultant. She supports individuals and groups make progress on positive, sustainable growth and change and grow as leaders. Her empathetic and intuitive style focuses on enhancing leadership, executive presence, communications, emotional intelligence, and overall effectiveness. Jane builds and runs original leadership development programs, leads trainings to bolster team effectiveness, and supports leaders at all levels of organizations. She has coached and trained leaders and individual contributors at Fortune List organizations, start-ups, non-profits, education, technology, creative fields, medicine, law, and government, across 5 continents. Jane has supported 7 women making first time runs for office on confidence and public speaking skills, and was Adjunct Faculty in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago for nearly two years. Jane frequently contributes to well-known outlets on personal and professional development; she has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Fortune, Essence, Working Mother, Huffington Post, and more. Prior to running The New Exec full-time, Jane worked in marketing and culture building for a decade at Fortune List companies and start-ups. She launched major products and campaigns, led a cross-functional team in support of a $9 billion banking acquisition, and founded and led a global Culture organization. She holds a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. She has coached and mentored hundreds of leaders, and trained and spoken to >4,500 adult learners across the globe. Jane will earn her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials in Summer 2019.
