Patricia Pippert

Patricia Pippert is a skilled learning and development consultant and executive coach with 30+ years’ experience in assessing needs and implementing solutions for management and personal development. She has worked with domestic and international organizations, executive managers and teams at all levels within those organizations, and business units to improve processes and manage performance for increased motivation, productivity and profitability.

In her organizational effectiveness work, she has designed leadership retreats, implemented succession planning, created mentoring programs for hi-potential employees, and facilitated business process improvement initiatives. Some of Ms. Pippert’s clients include Applied Materials, Arthur J. Gallagher, Baxter, BP, Boeing, Burger King, CNA, Chubb, Chrysler, Deloitte, eBay, Groupon, L'Oreal, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Mayer Brown, Morton Salt, PayPal, Pepsico, Sharp Electronics, Sidley Austin, Staples, U.S. Cellular, Verizon, Winston Strawn, and Zurich North America. 

Before Ms. Pippert went into private practice in 2003, she served as Zonal Learning & Development Manager-Midwest for American International Group. In that capacity, she managed the organization’s Midwest Region’s need for leadership development and consulting services.   She worked directly with various teams and divisions towards continuous improvement and provided consulting services in the disciplines of organizational behavior, change management, succession planning, and executive coaching.

Ms. Pippert has a B.S. in Speech from Northwestern University, a Master’s in Fine Arts from New York University Tisch School of the Arts, and a master’s in organizational development from Phoenix University. She serves as Adjunct Faculty for the American Management Association and Loyola University’s Quinlan School of Business.
