Peter Wojcik

Peter Wojcik is the Director of the Office of Catechesis and Youth Ministry in the Archdiocese of Chicago and he overlooks the formation and religious education of over 10,000 volunteers who team and minister to nearly 200,000 school age students through the Lake and Cook County. Prior to his appointment as the Office Director Fr. Wojcik served as the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer and the Regional Director of Special Projects for the Archdiocese of Chicago. Fr. Wojcik was a management consultant with Third Angle Consulting where he worked on assisting clients to identify opportunities to create value and recognize strategic collaborations in the platforms of healthcare, sustainable energy, and education.

Fr. Wojcik has served as the Lead Ministry Coordinator and Catholic Priest for the Adventist Midwest Health System. In this role Fr. Wojcik was asked by the Archbishop of Chicago and the Executives at Adventist System to design communication methods and build trust of the Catholic community toward the new owner of the four previously community-owned hospitals. During his time at Adventist Father Wojcik fostered a good working relationship between the large Catholic community, its leaders, and the hospitals by creating ongoing education and collaborative initiatives between the stakeholders.

Fr. Wojcik holds an undergraduate degree in human behavior and philosophy from the Catholic university of Lublin, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, an MA in Theology, and post-master certifications in medical ethics, spirituality, and preaching. Fr. Wojcik is also a certified chief and has written over 100 articles on collaboration between business and religion.
