Rafael Vasquez is currently the Vice President for Latin America at LLamasoft, Inc. Based out of Panama City, Panama, he has 12 years of experience designing and delivering supply chain solutions for Global companies with operations in the region (Latin America). In addition to his years of experience on the field Rafael also has a strong educational background, holding with multiple degrees from; Georgia Institute of Technology (Master of Science in Supply Chain Engineering), Universidad Latina de Panama (Master in Business Administration) and Universidad Catolica Santa Maria La Antigua (Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.)

Rafael focuses on understanding key client performance levers and seeks solutions to improve these metrics by applying technology and expertise in Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Transportation Routes, Merger & Acquisition Strategies, Sales & Operations Planning, Sustainability, Risk Management & Contingency Plans. Prior to joining LLamasoft Rafael spent time with DHL (supporting DHL 3PL operations in Latin America) and Tetra Pak (leading the parts supply chain operations for Central America and Caribbean).
