Scholars, respected attorneys, experienced mediators and arbitrators, restorative justice practitioners, and leaders in the dispute resolution field comprise some of the more than 30 Dispute Resolution Program full time and adjunct faculty members.

- Jeffrey Jamison, Senior Counsel and Vice President at BMO Harris, overseeing litigation, mediation and arbitration involving banking and real estate
- Rae Kyritsi, Programs Director at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago, certified trainer and mediator of civil, criminal, elder, and family disputes
- Margaret Moses, Mary Ann G. McMorrow Professor of Law, internationally recognized scholar in the field of international commercial arbitration, author of widely-used international commercial arbitration treatise, and international arbitrator
