Bandini Chhichhia

Bandini works as the Head of Policy and Ethics within the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer (OCCO) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The OCCO promotes good governance and ensures that the highest standards of integrity are applied to all activities of the Bank in accordance with international best practice. She leads the Policy and Ethics team that is responsible for establishing, communicating, monitoring, and implementing fundamental rules regarding the required ethical conduct of those working in the EBRD. Prior to this, she worked as an in-house legal counsel for the a number of international organisations, both private and public, including the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), International Development of Law Organization (IDLO), Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a commercial lawyer for Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens & Linklaters).

Bandini is a lawyer qualified in the state of New of Wales in Australia. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Rule of Law for Development from Loyola University Chicago and a double Bachelor of Laws and Commerce degree (Accounting Major with Distinctions) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
