Faculty & Staff Profiles

Undergraduate Healthcare Administration Advisor & Coordinator

Lakeshore Campus

I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois where I studied Communications and Spanish. In my last two years at U of I, I served as a teaching assistant for a 6-week introductory course for first-year students centered around adjusting to college life. I found this experience incredibly rewarding and this is where my interest in working with students began! Upon graduation, I went on to get my master’s in Sociology here at Loyola with a focus in higher education and educational inequality. During this time, I also worked as a graduate intern for the Rambler Success Program housed in FSYA. This experience solidified my desire to work in a student-facing role in higher education, especially at a school as great as Loyola. I really enjoy working with my amazing colleagues in Parkinson, as well as the students I serve. When I am not working, I enjoy reading, doing yoga, rollerblading by the lakefront (when it’s warm!), and spending time with friends and family.
