Director of Administration

Headshot of Samantha Dumm
  • I am the Director of Administration for Loyola's Parkinson School of Health Sciences and Public Health. I support the financial and business operations for the school. While pursuing my graduate education, I was not sure what I wanted to do when I "grew up". I happened to come across a position within Loyola University Chicago and discovered my passion for higher education. I have held a couple of different positions within Loyola but I think my position with Parkinson School is by far my most exciting! The education, research, and service combined with the entrepreneurism, innovativeness, and health equity focuses truly makes Parkinson School unique. In my spare time I enjoy reading, horseback riding, and compete in dogs events.

    Special Interest

My special interests include higher education finance and operations.

    • BS in Biology, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College
    • MBA with a certificate in Sustainability, Valparaiso University

What's it like to teach at Parkinson?

Being a part of Parkinson School is like being a part of a large family.  Everyone supports each other in and outside of our day to day work.
